Corporations have moral responsibilities towards their surrounding environment and health conditions. They must ensure they are not contributing towards disturbing the eco-balance and implementing eco-friendly solutions to improve the overall conditions around. Also, they must ensure minimizing waste creation and proper disposal of wastes especially hazardous wastes. Thus, they build up a reputation for themselves being responsible towards improving the environment, protecting it and ensuring the health of the community.

I must ensure that my company is not involved in selling products that may cause harm to the environment. On the other hand, it is my moral responsibility to ensure the economic condition of the community is not affected. For this purpose, I can plan and start new business ventures, implement innovative ideas and strategically plan new businesses to compensate for any potential economic hardships.

I have to integrate both together to ensure there is balance between the community's economy as well as reputation of the organization while displaying characteristics of being a corporate citizen. I can used eco-friendly raw material and equipments that minimize wastes. Proper means of waste disposal, water conservation, controlling pollution, waste treatment, etc. are certain initiatives which can be undertaken by proactive organizations. Also, these demand for higher employment, resulting in improvement in the society's economic status. Thus, playing a dual responsibility towards both environment and community, while upholding the values of the organization.
