Aunt G is one of your department supervisors with responsibility for 10 employees. She is relatively new to this position and comes to you for advice on how to effectively lead her subordinates. resulted in less efficient work structure.
• Difficulty in testing
Agency leadership style is very complex and it always creates

• Reactive not Proactive
Contingency leadership style is basically very reactive in its
