4.he should develop multifarious abilities for improvement person and manipulate challenging situation .

5.He should have emotionally stable to provide emotionally support of family members in crises situation.

6.he should developed social work feelings and community inprovement.

7.child protection and safe guard abilities also necessary.

8.he should develop capabilities to understand sign of domestic violence and courage to defend him.
