The third most important and abundance nutrients in our body is sulphur . It is present in the garlic, Onion, protein rich food and eggs. Sulphur plays very important role in our body such as :
Sulphur is essential for the production of amino acids , and these amino acids inturn produces very essential enzymes which necessary for various metabolic activities in cell. These two important amino acids is cysteine and methionine.

Glutathione consists of sulphur, which most potent antioxidant in our body. Glutathione antioxidant inhibit the oxidation of other molecules and prevent from destruction of cell and damaging of cell membrane or cell.
Glutathione is very important coenzyme or cofactor for glutathione peroxidase, which essential during synthesis of leukotrienes by uptaking the amino acid.

Sulphur is important for the production of insulin. Insulin is the pancreatic hormone which regulates the blood glucose level in our body.

Sulphur uses by our body during collagen synthesis, which provides strength and structure to cell. Collagen is abundantly present in connective tissue in body.

Sulphur used in treatment of joint pain and sever arthritis.
