Tableau is a software tool used for data visualisation and data analytics. It can be used to make data more attractive, understandable and comprehensive through transforming large and extensive tabulated data into eye catching graphics and visuals and representations.

Tableau can be used as an essential business intelligence tool as it will enable the organisation to represent and visualise the data easily through making it accessible. It helps in simplifying the raw data and turns it into comprehensive and understandable pattern which can be easily read and understood. It aids the business in undertaking Data analysis and data collaboration thus easing the business operations.

The major pros of Tableau is that it is most powerful , easy to use, flexible and offers strong computing networking capabilities. Makes enterprise level projects and reporting easier. It facilitates analytical research through providing deep insights into data. It enhances user experience and hells Providence quick insights into vast tabulated data.

The major cons of Tableau is that it involves high cost of installation, it requires manual efforts to update the data as there is no feature of scheduling present thus making it tedious. Moreover it does not offer advanced preprocessing tools, it only supports basic preprocessing. The challenge with using tableau is that the developers screen resolution should essentially match the users screen resolution otherwise the visuals get distorted.
