If you were a political leader, what one thing would you change in the healthcare system to optimize access of health services to the maximum number of Americans without further escalating costs or diluting quality or timeliness? Provide detailed rationale.

As a political leader Ib would focuss on consolidate service of the health care system to be acessed by max number of american .As we know that there are about 5700 established hospitals in US which means one in every community and they all provide full range of medical service but the problem is that the numnber of patients which are given the service is small and the clinical teams are inefficiently staffed and also the optimality of each individual is less .Lets take a case of silicon valley in US which has more than 14 heart surgery hospitals in 50 miles area.including two medical centres which represent health care system and rest are independent hospital of community.The procedure used in all of them is same but their oucomes and volume greatly varies .In 2012 two highest facilites done more than one thouand surgeries of cardiac each and the lowest performed volume was 100 and what is that so ? because the lower vol. facilities had more risk adjusted deaths.So I believ that if we increase the average voulme of surgeries perfromed we can improve the quality of medical facilities in a more better manner becaiuse in that case more sub specialization will be possible .
