Struggling with answering a question. The question is: Is it possible for micro and macro to be integrated in clinical social work?
I a single line, I can say that it is quite possible for micro and macro to be integrated with clinical social work. Now we’ll see, how macro and micro can help us to understand the clinical social work, micro refers to small but precise skills that help us to develop the ability to integrate into clinical social work. Micro-level social works help a worker to develop basic training, tactics, and strategies, it also works to find out hidden problems that occur during the implementation of therapies, tactics and strategies.
The macro refers to big things and acts, macro helps a social worker to develop a good and deep understanding of responsibilities and planning. The macro social work includes a large scale of social problems such as stress, depression, suicidal acts, aggressive behaviors and deviation in behavior. It gives a high level of determination and dedication.
In my opinion, both macro and micro level integration is important to develop effective skills and understandings, it also develops a feeling of responsibility, dedication, and determination for work. micro-level provides minor but essential outcomes while macro-level concerns with a wide and deep understanding of problems as well as solutions.
