Discuss whether Scott is a cause-in-fact and a proximate cause of James' injury.

ANSWER:

As I would see it, Scott is a proximate reason for James' physical issue. This is on the grounds that however James was harmed on being hit by a truck driven by Warren when the truck's brake failed, yet the lawful and genuine reason for James injury was Scott who composed a product program for Central Bank which slammed and focal lost the entirety of its clients' information in the accident because of which Cara needed to stay at work longer than required to reemerge the information which made her late to get her sibling James. Since Cara couldn't be there on schedule, she was unable to save James from the mishap for which Scott is at risk.
