A Business Analyst is the business people's liaison with a company's technical people. The individuals of the company viz. The project's stakeholders are those whose business needs are addressed by a software company. The technical team is trained to meet a business requirement. Business Analyst's function is to capture business requirements and comprehend a company's pain zones to explain to the technical team.

It is interesting to me that many of the greatest Business Analysts have degrees other than Business or Computer Science, if they focus on individuals with either company or technical degrees.

To be efficient, a good business analyst requires important domain knowledge. Most individuals often have little knowledge in the fields they work with. Business analyst, however, can rapidly discover fresh domains because they're all great listeners. Listening for this job is likely the most significant skill.

Naturally, experience in the domain and software development process is very helpful. The more you know the components of your project's company as well as software development, the more effective you will be as a business analyst. The interpreter understands how to interpret. Although the interpreter understands all of the two languages ' phrases, the interpreter may not comprehend all of the information of what is being said. But the more the discussion the interpreter knows, the better the understanding will be. The same applies to a business analyst.

Resistance to data sharing: data will not be provided in some instances. These users will attend your workshop on a regular basis, but making them speak will take a huge effort. At the other end of the spectrum there are consumers who, by bombarding you with loads of papers, make your life hard. In such a situation, you might even have to read hundreds of websites to discover the response to a straightforward issue.

Accountability for decisions:There may be instances in which the current business process needs to be changed or modified to make it more efficient. The users may all be in consensus but none will volunteer to approve it. Or, there could be situations where the elicitation process may reach a dead end if certain decisions are not taken.
