When choosing a spokesperson for a brand, the characteristics we should look for:
1. Charisma
A spokesperson should first and foremost be charismatic. We can say that the ability of the individual to be liked as well as command respect is what creates the most necessary values.
2. Command over language and delivery
Since a spokesperson's main role involves communication, they should have an excellent knowledge of the language as well as how to conduct their delivery and what speech patterns to use.
3. Takes criticism and directions as positive
The thing that makes a good spokesperson can be considered to be their ability to learn with time, adapt to situations as well as handle criticism while maintaining a positive outlook.
4. Relatable
A spokesperson should always be relatable to the people in order for them to make a connection.
5. Credibility
A spokesperson' ability to produce output is relatable to how people trust them and how they are genuinely liked by everybody.
