Balanced scorecard help organizations achieve their business objectives. Customer, Finance, Internal business processes, Learning and growth are the four main business perspectives of any organisation.
To construct a balanced scorecard:
Step 1: For each business perspective, identify your strategic objectives.
Step 2: For each strategic goal, measure success.
Step 3: Find whether your targets are met or not.
Step 4: Initiatives you make based on the results.
