1.Well Primary Appraisal in this case must be that he should first assess the whole situation and as we know it is a kind of threat not an opportunity,so he must be in much stress due to all this.

2.Well the secondary appraisal is all about how the person should copeup with the given event or situation.Well in the case of Identity theft ,here one must should calm down and just think that how to stay away from such things in future and if their is a way to solve the current situation ,he should try for that.

3.Well he should try to meet a psychiatrist ,if he is very much stressed otherwise he can normally calm his nerves,frustation and anger.
