Sir,

This letter is intended to analyse and discuss about the loss exposures to the company. As per our conversation in the last meeting, I could understand that the company was doing well till the end of the last year, but is experiencing losses in the recent past starting the beginning of this year..

Being my role to analyse the possible reasons behind the loss exposures faced by company, I would like to carry out the below mentioned tasks :

Conduct a survey on the existing and potential customers about the reason behind the decline in sales and their perception towards the product
Carry out an understanding with the sales force of the company by conducting a focus group interview to find out the possible reasons
Carry out inspection of the finished goods manufactured about the quality details and the featfeatures of the product

In order to carry out the above mentioned tasks, I need complete support from the admin staff, employees and the management of the company.

Require the extensive database of the existing and potential customers
Need complete support from the sales staff so as to get appropriate response about the questions being asked
Support from the staff engaged in manufacturing process and the quality inspection team

Hope to receive complete support from all the stakeholders of the company.. Will submit a complete analysis and detailed report by this month end.. Hope this association brings fruitful results for the company.
