Ga y person wearing a button saying supporting ga y rights at the
workplace depends a lot on the legal status of the country. If the
country allows giving ga y person legal status and recognizing
their rights it is not legally wrong to wear a button with
supporting ga y rights at the workplace ,but it is my personal
opinion that such things must be avoided at workplace because it
leads to controversies and the employees working in the workplace
will not focus on their work and will be unnecessary involved in
such type of discussions and debates.The HR policies in the company
must be such that it must not allow such type of people to wear
buttons supporting ga y rights and it should make strict policies,
which discourage and strictly prohibited any such type of similar
issues which are generally in controversies and can be topic of
debates between people.
