Human resource managers must have a thorough knowledge of different aspects of human resource management including HR practices because they have to guide their employees in every aspect.
Human resource managers should possess good communication skills as they are in regular contact with the employees and they have to maintain good relationships with all of them.
Human resource managers must have the quality of critical thinking to analyze problems find solutions, and implement them properly.
Human resource managers must follow ethical principles related to human resource management.
Human resource managers should be flexible enough to adjust to the changing business environment to incorporate new changes and bring more efficiency.
