You need to meet with the providers to discuss the situation, prove the inventory is excessive, as well as provide some solutions. The inventory stock which will be maintained should be recorded on time or the plan should be implemented in which the inventory can be recorded monthly and can be presented within short period.If there are any excess of stock by showing them a tabular form stating the No of Stock ordered,no of stock used and no of stock remained at the end of the month.An inventory book or excel sheet to be shown where in which all the details from when it is ordered until when it is used shows a clear picture in the presenation.Proper paperwork and documentation is mandatory.

Some of the items which can inclued in the presentation are:

1. Expired and on use reagents with proper labelling.

2.All the PO's -purchase orders of the inventory management.

3.general stationary used and unused.

4.List of equipments with updated softwares.

5.All the stains,controls,reagents,calibrators,sterilised solutions,syringes,cotton pads etc.
