What are the government’s three principles for creating the digital highway? Discuss each princple and explain whether or not you agree. Why?

To be greed digital highway in more sense digital highway is unavoidable to explain this following are supporting reasons which are basic principles. As digital concept helps to clear cut about opinion whether yes as 1 OR   No as zero.

First principal is developing PPP public people partnership- Government works out with its full capacity till 2000 & later it found that efforts made by government result in corrupt in nature. To overcome this kind of issue government observe government fail because contribution of privet sector was limited. And as it maintain apartness from privet sector. After 2000 government change its policy. This alteration helps privet & public sector works with hands in hand. And government will attain more big goals well in time. Government liberalizes its all department except police & rescue military.

Second principle is transparency in system- To earn trust it require transparence business policy. By developing public charter, government highlight major agenda and mention for what government duty towards citizen and accordingly projection for next 25 year & strategy for next 5 year get budgeted.

Third principal is responsible governance by digital implementation - before digital concept people shift there opinion from one pole to another pole & politician were able to manipulate & promote concept according to like & dislike of people & welfare of people was missing factor. But due to introduction of digital understanding people can evaluate past result more preciously. And they people can see there future by observing & comparing similar input. And can judge which input factor is more responsible for getting proper result. Thus in case of democratic people hold the liberty of choice to choose leader for there welfare. Hence government gives equal opportunity by floating tender in open market and now market become global.

Thus digital highway is solution to for becoming responsible citizen and alternately responsible government by adopting transparent business policy in public and privet sector.
