In the case of human body it consists of large number of living microbe population..Sum of all microbe population can be called as human microbiota.Mainly bacteria are the microbes present abundadntly in different parts of the human body. The regions with microbiota will serve as first line of defense mechanism. It will prevent pathogens by through competition of available food materials initially and prevents early steps of attachment and proliferation.Other than protection from invaders human microbiota provides healthy growth, helps in digestion, and in regulating moods.Changes in our microbiota may occur during the growth depending on foods we consume, living env ironment, peaople and animals living with us,antibiotics we take etc.Microbiota also can leads to some diseases such as obesity as asthma. We should eat healthy foods for healthy microbiota. In human body bacteria living in our skin, nose, throat, gut and in the vagina. Vaginal pathogen yeast candida can be controlled by available microbiota population from vagina.Rseident microbioata also contributes chemical defenses of innate non specific host defenses.Antibiotic treatments may lead to depletion of some microbes.Microbes starts to living in our body during delivery and early satges of life.Lactobacili is a type of bacteria which gets in human body from mother during delivery and it will act postively for  milk digestion.Bifidobacterium also provides good digestion of food matrials.
