True or False
1. A streaming video (UDP) from video server to a subscriber’s PC at 300 Kb/s capacity with download latency of 40 ms delay could be considered a bidirectional flow.
2. A transaction processing from point-of-sale machine to server with upstream data (from PoS machine to server) at 30 kb/s and downstream data at 50 kb/s assuming 100 ms round-trip delay is a bidirectional flow.
3. There are generally two flow models, composite and individual.
4. A storage device receiving streaming video from a camera can be considered a data sink.
5. A classless IP address notation with /n indicates the IP address consists on n bits.
Hi, I would love to answer this question for you. I hope you would love an answer and get a clear idea related to the same. So not wasting much time let's get started.
True or False
1. False, Streaming a video is a unidirectional flow and the method is UDP which means connectionless and only broadcasts the packet.
2. True, This is a bidirectional flow of the data as the RTT (Round Trip Time) means the flow of the data is bidirectional.
3. False, There are three types of flows which are composite flow, individual flow, and backbone flow.
4. True, This is considered as the data sink, as it means that any computer or capable device to receive the data receiving some data
5. False, In classless notation, it is the CIDR notation where /n represents the subnet mask and n is the number of network bits
Note: Ans.5 could someone say true if he considers bits as network bits, I have said false as there as two sorts of bits which are network and host bits and n represents the network bits.
I hope you have got a clear answer
Please give thumbs up to an answer and do comment for any queries
