It has been said that advances in information technology have made in both easier and more challenging to conduct. Please explain what is meant by this statement and provide examples of each point.

Ans : Technology as it is being had made business more easier and simplier to conduct then ever before as because of more developed erp, mis system information's are available as and when required in an user friendly manner thus helping them in quick Decision making and it's backed with both substantial and analytical data.

Ex : SAP erp is based on automation process so many data can be prepared and extracted from the module without human intervention thus making the process simplier and quicker.

But at the same time it is challenging to conduct rapid changing nature, the technology which is operative at present might be outdated in some days . Thus it's a real challenge to keep the business updated with changing needs and scenarios and having adequated updated workforce to cope up with such changing scenarios.

Ex: sap is moving from basic module to sap hanaa, so it will real challenge for all organisation to invest the funds and retrain it's workforce in the changing modules.
