8. You are the attorney for one of the parents of one of the victims of the Columbine massacre. The parent’s name is Jim. Jim’s wife has fallen both physically and mentally ill since the incident. She is unable to work or care for their 4 year old daughter. The daughter has exhibited many signs of childhood depression and is often sick. The father’s job has been severely affected by his own grief and depression. He often has to call in sick to care for his wife and daughter.

He needs financial assistance to help pay medical bills and in- home- care for his wife and daughter. He has fallen behind in his mortgage payments and fears losing the house. He may lose his job. He has come to your law office to seek assistance.

we can file the case against the local government bodies & school authorities because cause of that horrifying massacre at school causes the wife physically and mentally ill which is the fact & she is not able to take care of herself let alone 4 year old daughter.so we can file case for financial compensation to the victim parents under this massacre.

the negligent persons were Governments thier The United States of America School safety policies,local police were criticized for a delayed response to the tragedy ,The State of Colorado Gun control policies, school authorities & thier safety measures.

so basically, On April 20, 1999, two high school students, Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, opened fire inside the Columbine High School. They murdered twelve students, one teacher, and wounded twenty-one others. After this horrifying massacre, the two committed suicide.which impact many families of the victims & others. among them is my client Jim whose wife has fallen both physically and mentally ill since the incident. She is unable to work or care for their 4 year old daughter.He needs financial assistance to help pay medical bills and in- home- care for his wife and daughter. so that incident causes very life changing affects on jim family also they sustainability on the line & government is being negligent towards these kinds of family.
