Expert Solution

The two organisation I would like to talk about is TEAR australia which is a Christian organisation helping the communities to end ooverty, build a sustainable future and challenge the injustice. The another organisation I would like to talk about is Amazon which is a secular organisation having and embracing all the religions, cultures and people togethe for the development and growth.

TEAR Australia is having Christian principles for the managemwnr and helping the communities on what the Christians learnings and principles teach them too. They would only employ Christian people and would foster and support an environment as per their own religions and cultural beliefs. They are working together for promoting all the best christian activities like end poverty, compassionate world and full of life where kindness is the power. TEAR Australia is living out that vision to be a powerful catalyst for the global transformation. In the communities that were burdened by the poverty, the outcomes are to be seen in the flourishing of the human potential- God’s life lived to the full.

On the other hand, Amazon which is the world's largest company is promoting a secular environment and culture. This is because of the fact that Amazon is a multinational company and works in various countries. It has to support and follow all the rituals and norms to make the people work together as a part of a big family. Thus, the employees recruited from every corner and every culture, no discrimination for any culture/class or religion is made and the company has established its own set of rules and ethical code to be followed instead of the ritual readings or learnings.
