I am a sales professional and last 8 years working in the field electrical switch and switchgear product, As I am comparing my present company and previous company both are different.

My present company is a multinational Indian company that manufacturing electrical switches and the previous company was a national company involved in the same field. My present company is one of the big brands in the market but the employee satisfaction level less if I am comparing with my previous company.

In my present company target pressure is less but the pressure of managing politics, inequality nepotism, unethical practices and discriminations at a high level in other hands with my previous company work pressure was high but there was no politics, clarity in job, no discriminations and employee satisfaction level at top in the matter of organizations culture and beliefs.

As per my experience, the cultural root of disparities like middle management not communicating with field people, our instant boss is buttering for middle management, manipulating field worker performance and middle management more focus on results no matter who performed well and who presenting the performance.

In other had with my previous organization where employee directly communicate with top management, fair policy, equal treatment, employee satisfaction etc.
