Be sure to include contributions made to the industry related to conscious capitalism. Lastly, determine if there is a relationship between the level of success for the leaders identified and the incorporation of conscious capitalism by the leaders. The topic materials can be utilized for this assignment, but additional research may be necessary.
For example, I used NIKE and Reebok. Nike is the most prominent leader in manufacturing sportswear, such as t-shirt, shoes, and other wearable clothing products for cricket and other games. Reebok is also a manufacturer of sports wearable products. Both of the companies are hosting many teams and individual players. They sponsor a house for known athletes around the entire world. Both companies are targeting the same kind of audience.
Differences in both companies are that Nike has sales growth up to 6.3% and $2.4 billion. The NIKE its space scraped at one of its most significant domestic footwear distribution same as the international footwear market, to increase brand awareness. Reebok used the strategy to push up the products. For the contribution, Nike usually spends more money compared to Reebok. Both of these companies are trying to be pioneers of the sports business.
Reebok makes advertising through its products such as cricket kits, baseball kits, football, t-shirts, and other accessories for athletes, while NIKE is advertising itself through the wearable products only. Nike focused on all and contributed to all the games, but Reebok participates only in cricket, baseball, hockey, etc.
Yes, there is a relationship between the leaders' level of success because NIKE goes beyond the traditional CSR program by accomplishing the maximization impact, incorporating a higher purpose, and exhibiting the greater awareness and contribution than Reebok.
