1.Explain how religion influences leadership and mold the lives of individuals in your locality.
Religion influences leadership in my locality in the sense that it helps leader to mitigate autocratic tendencies and scapegoating. Religion sets a ground of values and morality for the leadership & leader so that the leader should work for betterment of people, spread feelings of love & compassion among the people.

At the same time religion molds the lives of individuals by providing them a source of positive energy, motivation, inspiration & feeling better about themselves by making people feel that they are the part of the larger culture. Religion provides people with higher self-esteem and better psychological adjustment.

Definitely dance, music & festivals are the part of culture. But culture is not simply this. Culture is an aspect which is far beyond this. A culture consists of the beliefs, behaviors, objects, and other characteristics common to the members of a particular group or society. Through culture, people and groups define themselves, conform to society's shared values, and contribute to society. Thus, culture includes many societal aspects: language, customs, values, norms, mores, rules, tools, technologies, products, organizations, and institutions. Thus, in totality, a culture is a very bigger aspect of the human life and society.
