Explanation:
There are some of the characters that has been using the physical comedy like plays in modern day theatre area. The classical comedy has not just been banished from modern day theatre but instead it has been changed the way we used to see. In old days characters used to slap sticks and physical comedy in distinct way, but as time goes people get bored to same and same things in plays and artists have to bring something new to keep audience entertained.
As the time changed so does have the form of physical comedy unlike old time using the slapstick modern day artist does not use slapstick but yeah they use physical comedy to get audience entertained. We all have seen famous cartoon network character Oggy and cockroaches to use physical comedy to entertain us enough. They uses physical comedy to make people laugh and they are surely very much entertaining for adults also. Characters in that cartoon does beat each other provide us entertainment while we see them on screen. They beat each other like in old time jokers used to beat each other with slapstick but in modern time modern time slapstick is totally vanished from theatre.
