Behavioural Approach:
Behavioural approach is the management approach which consider behaviour of the employees. This approach take into consideration employees behaviour and motivation. This approach improves the relations between human beings and relation between employees.
Quantitative Approach:
Quantitative approach is the management approach which consists of use of quantitative techniques such as computer software, statistics, survey, mathematics, questionnaire, etc. This techniques are helpful in making management decisions.
