Prices fluctuate according to availability, and we would like to use the company with the lowest overall price and the least amount of fluctuation. We would like your written report showing your results and a detailed recommendation as to which company we should choose.

a) From the given descriptive statistic, we know that Sunny Oranges has the approximately equal measure of central tendency with Tree Groves. These two company has smaller values of central tendency than the company Fruit Guys. Whereas, the values of the central tendency among these three companies, the company Sunny Oranges has a minimum in terms of standard deviation and range. So, the company Sunny Oranges have a minimum mean price together with less fluctuation. Hence, we will recommend the company Sunny Oranges to choose for supply.

b)

From the above box-plot, the company Sunny Oranges has the minimum central tendency value and less variability.

From the histogram of the price for three different companies, the sunny company has the most similar nature with the normal distribution than the remaining two companies.

From the above graphs, the Sunny company is the best for the supply.
