If You need to do business in any country l you need to use similar currency whatever in tradition. Likewise for any project you need to identify the value of diiferent member and need cooperation individually. Exchange rate is change based on the condition of the country likewise you need to cooperate with different individual with respect to time and influence.

You need to identify the influence in personal of professional relationship like identify the different curreny for different use. You need to balance the relationship like debit and credit account are balanced to maintain.

A professional advancement should be accomplish through professional relationship.

Provide the opportunity to employee for personal and professional growth.

Accomplish company mission and vision by involving with tem member.

Project manager need to contribute to team and work with them to accomplish the project. Manager need to provide assistance or help to team member at technical level.

Project manager need to make efficient project strategy to accomplish the task.
