1.Actually larvaceans and salps belong to one subphylum that is urochordata and chaetognatha it is seperatley a phylum.

Similarities

1. They both are marine ( some of the members of chaetognatha are estuarine)

2. They are hermaphrodites.

3. They live in deeper region of oceans.

Difference

1. Only larvaceans and sales belong to one subphylum urochordata ,and chaetognatha itseslf is seperate phylum. And there many differences between them .

2. Chaetognat have a central nervous system and urochordata has a dorsal hollow nerve cord and a notochord.
