Childrens are abused in everyday in our society. As they can not express their feelings, emotions so there are abused in various organization like school, kindergarden, orphanages and sometimes in family also. There are many types of abuse like physical abuse, neglect, psychological abuse, and sexual abuse.

A social analysis of Child abuse considering the following structures:

1. Family

2. Government

3. Legal System

Family : Family abuse is when someone try to abusive behaviour or dominate a member of their family. Family abuse is included in two forms, like physically and mentally. But it is true that always family abuse happens not only by men but it is proved that most of the cases men are most offender of violence in any domestic relationship, and their children and wife are often victims.

There are some factors why family abuse happened :

  • Use violence and mental abuse to control their family
  • They believe that they have the right to do anything whatever he or she wants to do.
  • Sometimes men have a strong stereotypes that mens are entitled to dominant with their family members.
  • They try to make excuses for their abusive behaviour, as a example they will blame stress or alcoholic addiction
  • Sometimes they just try to avoid, justify or deny for their use of abusive behaviour or violence.
  • They just tend to report of their violence as losing control, but they can control their angryness around other people like office stuffs, colleagues an etc.

These are some major factors of why family abuse happening in a family.

Government and legal system : Nowadays, government has given some required steps againts child abuse. The highest number of child abuses case occurs in uttar pradesh, bihar, haryana, gujrat in every year. There are included rape, murder, honour killing, child abortion etc. In year of 1992, The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) was agreed by India government and legal system. Apart from that against of child abuse policies are included in child rights act.
