LGBT population amounts to 4.5% of american adults. The california state in the USA was a thickly populated area with LGBT people. According to my opinion, some kind of disparities have been experiencing  by the LGBT population. The problems of LGBT are seems to be different when it compared with the problems faced by other groups or populations with different sections. Let us discuss the problems faced by the LGBT briefly.

Though LGBT people have sufficient ability of working knolwedge in all the fields, The employers are denying offer for the main reason for their identity and the social status. The economic needs of LGBT groups are totally nullified here. But general section of the people are getting ample opportunities. The general section of the people with less ability and less qualified people are not facing the problem of unemployment in all the states. Secondly the basic rights of using toilets are also denied for LGBT groups. Separate Toilets are not constructed for them by the local governing bodies of the states. Even in the schools nor any education sectors, using separate toilets is considered as the challenging one to them. But separate toilet facilities are available for all women and men group in all working as well as in educational sectors. Finally, the common problem of acquiring healthcare benefits and housing facilities are continuing in some states. Usually because of their unique identify LGBT group people have some psychological disorder and mental depression. But many insurance companies are discriminately avoids to add their names in the medical insurance benefits providing by the federal government. But the normal people are availing the medical insurance benefits directly through government's health plan. The recent survey tells the truth that 41% of LGBT youths are homeless. The house owners are not allows the same gender couples to rent the house. They face so many problems if they rent the house and lives together as normal husband and wife.
