Here, I have considered Blue dart Company; this company is specialized for various shipment activities that could include assembly lines for the majority of the filling and packaging process, let me share the practices are to be followed in designing the layout for the front office and the production operation in this COVID environment to maintain efficiency, protect the employee, make the employee comfortable and create safe working place, these practices are stated below:

• First thing, layout design should consider social distancing in every activity, hence, it will create new aisle and create new marking on the floor that aware every people to maintain social distancing when they walk, move and work.
• Secondly layout design will include stand for automated distribution of sanitizers, using such sanitizers would help employees in many ways, these must have safety and use related instructions that instructions can be presented on the board by using visual sign.
• The design will also include various positions where visual messages are to be presented, such visual messages will include do’s and don’ts information about Covid 19.
• The design also keep main focus on keeping all the machineries and items at a distance, usually each staff, worker will deal with the machine, so, they can maintain long distance and perform their work safely.
• Design will include several place where employees can collect PPE items like Nose mask, apron, head cover, etc. it will include a board that could instruct how to collect such PPE items.
