Explain why the other types of suicide cannot explain the leading cause of suicide in South Africa.

The leading cause of suicide in South Africa is mental problem. Many youths take th path of suicide due to mental cause and they suffer a lot from various psychological issues.

But many people also commit suicide for various reasons. HIV is a major major problem and a large number of people are HIV positive. They know well the result of this disease and they commit suicide. Such kind of suicide reflects the social conditions of the state.

Again, it appears that many commit suicide for family disturbance, economic condition, unemployment and so on. Various types of suicide shows the various social situations and faults. They can not be explained by general cause of suicide like mental problems.

It is the truth that any type of suicide is the reflection of mental problems and imbalance. The individual fails to realize own importance and therefore takes the path of suicide. A person with healthy mind never takes the path of suicide and he is ready to face any type of tough situation. Therefore the psychological problems should not be ignored.
