You are not only an emergency manager (disaster management) in your county, but also a graduate student completing your Masters in Emergency Management. After this class you discover that your office does not approach social vulnerabilities in your community in a complex way. How would you talk to your Director about the lack of attention to diverse populations before, during, and after a disaster? What items would you use from the textbook and other sources to make a persuasive argument?

I will write an email first to my director with explaining the details situations and venerable events happening right now to my organization as well as society. I will request him to take effective decision for most affected and marginalized people in our community.

If, i will not get a response within few hours then i will directly talk to my director sir by informing him importance of the response needed for the moment.  

I will personally ready to assist him with my informal team of volunteers in organization as well as from my college.  

A detail analysis and need of mitigation strategies for this current disaster, i will present to director sir. In this way, he will be sure provide us effective leadership in management of crisis. We sall immediately help the needy people in protection and rehabilitation efforts through every kind of support. I will work with collaboration and cooperation to local administration and other important people of society.
