Biological theries of motivation suggests that motivation levels are being controlled by neural pattern of brain of a person. The subconscious mind of a person instigate to achieve excellence or success in life. When emotions dominate, a person continue the course of action which helps in achieving specific goals. The instinctive choices a person made is mainly determined by options available within his mind. The system runs through millions of possibilities to make each choice, it is intuition that ultimately helps us to take any swift decisions. In this process, when the system knows the answers, actions flow with effortless energy. When answers are lacking, the system becomes clumsy. In more complex situations, emotions guide system strategies. When emotions dominate, the system acts with passion for good or bad. In psychosocial theory of motivation cognitive, self-reflective, and self-regulatory processes plays a prominent role. This theory also emphasise that a person's most basic needs must be met before they become motivaed to achieve higher level of needs. This theory also give importance to hygiene factors because absence of proper hygienic conditions leads to dissatisfaction and a lack of motivation. Biopsychosocial theory consist of combination of biological, psychological, and social processes. It focuses on the following issues: (1) the unpredictability of the world that people experience, (2) the in-born or natural and artificial differences in the attributes of individuals, (3) the premise that persons can reasonably be viewed as responsible for their actions, (4) the importance of a meaningful life and how this life is obtained,(5) the causes and consequences of gender differences.
