LGBT rights differ depending on the country and even the state in which you live in. Choose two countries OR choose two states. List and then describe two areas in which LGBT rights differ in those two countries or those two states. Make sure to explain why these differences are important.

Laws affecting, Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender are called LGBT rights. The LGBT rights depends on the structure of society as well as culture and tradition.
Some societies have legalized rights to LGBT and they believe that LGBT are also human and they have the right to freedom, to take their own decision, society must not interfere their personal beliefs and views.
On the other hand, some societies have different aspect of thinking and they believes that LGBT rights should not be legal because they effects the humanity made by God. Both thoughts and beliefs do not define the criteria that LGBT rights are according to social development or against it.
Case- if we take two country for assessment of LGBT rights, you must analyse data from two democracy who have different culture and beliefs.
United States and India, both are democracies and both judiciaries are independent so let’s analyse the data.
1- US legalized the LGBT laws in the vast scenario of right to freedom while India did not allow that kind of rights because the culture and socio-cultural beliefs also effects the laws and behaviour of people.
2- Indian Judiciary believes that the effects of LGBT do not match the social structure so that allowing those rights may be change the structure of family and social development.
Above statement are different because of socio-cultural and socio-economic structure of society. We cannot define the proper criteria because we lives in society where social and cultural influence always effects the laws.
Some societies influenced by religion and traditional values more than present values and needs while some influenced by present need and values so that we can see the different beliefs in different places.
