1.Team can be defined as a group of individuals who possess a joint or we can say an identity which is collective in nature and they have a common goal . They work together to achieve the common goal . On the other hand a group of people in very simple words is a collection who work together towards a task accomplishment . In a team the members are interdependent and a team can have more than one leader . In a group the members are independent and there is only one leader . They work in a collective manner in a team whereas in a group they work in an individual work product manner . Team is bound by a common goal .In a team the process of goal achievement involves decision , decision and doing . I have worked in a sports football team and also in an athletics college team . In the team the experience was very motivating . Everyone motivates each other and works in a very well collaborated and synchronized manner .

These skills are effective because they make the team communication channels streamlined as swrft Any miscommunication can lead to inefficiency in the team but these skills ensure effective teamwork . communicating in a team works very well because of chain of command and mutual goals . Teams have a one line communication system in which everything is converted to every member . The consequences in team communication is sometimes member are distracted by their own perceptions or sometimes toom uch pressure is put on the team memebrs whihc breaks the communacation channel and increase the gap. cleare cut comuncation channel is needed and everyone should be given opportunity to speak and provide his or her viwwpont . This creates a sesne of belonging nes in the team .eqault particapaiotpn should be promoted in the team atmosphere .
