Q) Some of the issues that can be caused by not properly managing the size of one's Outlook® mailbox.

Ans) When we won't manage the size of the mailbox,

1. We will be loosing the new upcoming mails
2. We can't store any new data in mail/drive
3. Can't send/receive any new mails

Q) What are some ways to organize messages and clean up or reduce the size of one's Outlook® mailbox?

Ans) Mail Organization should be in such a way that should make us to easily pick any new/old mails quickly. This could happen if you organize all the mails by creating the labels inside. Just create a label for each type of the mail you receive like a business, personal, important, organization, etc...

After creating the labels, try to store the incoming mails directly directed to the label by skipping it from the inbox. This could make you easily identify the mails.

Next use filter and symbols for identification. Make use of "Start & Flag Symbols".

Next best use is by using the nested folders in your mails.

• Regularly try to habituate of deleting the unwanted mails as immediately as possible
• Delete the messages from the trash regularly
• Delete the files from the drive/drafts which are not needed
