1.PTH help to raise calcium level in the body.when calcium level are too high the parathyroid gland produces less PTH.

and calcium level are too low the parathyroid gland produce high PTH.

2. Too much growth hormone can cause GIGANTISM in children.in adult it can cause ACROMEGALY.
