It is an organizational report which provides the details of environmental governance, benefits to the society by the commitment level of the employees of the company. Organizations monitor their growth as well as societal growths. There are various guidelines which are followed in making the reports. A common and popular guideline is Global Reporting Initiatives. Big companies or MNCs publishes the CSR reports annually. It is about the economic, social and environmental impact on society. Along with providing jobs across the worlds, their economic status also enhances and they continue providing free education, medical facilities, making roads, schools and basic amenities for the poor. To reduce global warming, pollution usage, deforestation, and other global problems, the company initiates activities.

Three corporations that issue annual reports on their progress towards sustainability are

1. Tata Consultancy Services: Some of the initiatives are diversity inclusion especially women in the workforce which is 34%, STEM education for girls, Tata Medical Center initiated outpatient department transformation. adult literacy programs, efforts to bring down the carbon emissions etc. For business sustainability, several aspects are taken care by avoiding conflict of interests, disclosure, and mandatory disclosures, ethical activities, and compliance etc.

2. Infosys: It believes in mindful automation, innovation, and education as the pillars of sustainability. it focuses on community engagement, economic performance, corporate governance, resource conservation, and employee well-being. It is achieved by deciding on risks and opportunities, compliance with government rules and regulations, employee benefits, training and development, non-discrimination, work-life balance, diversity inclusion, occupational health and safety, energy, effluents, waste minimization, supporting areas of malnutrition, disaster relief, and rural development etc.

3. Dell: It is committed to driving human progress with technologies. Their focus is on environment, communities, supply chain, people, and net positive. saving electricity, generating electricity from renewable sources, recycling plastics and minimum usage of plastics, compostable packaging, recovering 2 million pounds of electronic items from the environment, flexible work programs, increasing university hiring, introducing drone powered machine learning solution known as Alive etc.

A company that does not have CSR activities are Food pipe company which do not have CSR as it is a small company with 20 employees only. They promised that when they increase their company's wealth they will start taking initiatives for community development. Although it has planned the CEO focus on a long-term proposal for CSR.
