IT professionals cant work from office and thereby reduce the efficiancy of working. The proper communication and survilience of administrators are missing. This will affect the business very much. A proper solution to solve this issue will make the business raise again. For that we have to take some measures.

Lets create much more efficiant work from home system with more tools and measures to make an office ambience in the house. The compnay working enviroment should be changed to a cloud based system so that the work file and workerr's own file from the office system can be accessed from home. Now the projects done may be in a local host, but the codes should be uploaded into pools like Github so that everyone in the team and authorities can observe and look for validation. A private space in Github will satisfy this need.

Now an advanced communication portal which helps the team to communicate well and share things about the project and the authorities to have survillience on all workers will make it more like an office setup. This portal should allow audio, video and text messages along with sending files of projects to the peers. The presence and working of every workers should be closely monitored and all breaks and events should be followed as just as all are inside the office. All these together will make an office ambience and improve the work quality and there by back to normal business condition even through this prevailing situation.
