We can say it as a strategies to maintaing the relation ship with the customer there is a saying that " CUSTOMER IS GOD" it looks as simple as three words but to have them is very difficult it not an easy task. Let us go through few list of creative ideas of mainting the current custmers to book store.

1. VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS: Its an important concept or element to say that when the customer enters your store first give them the importance of having them in your store and with a huge respect give them the required information need with this its a first impression to attract the customer to the store.

TARGET THE NEEDS: It is also your responsisbility to know the needs of your customes what they want and what kind of interests they are concentrating in selectiong the books ects., Once you have keened the target then you can have a smile on the customer face as they will be happy what they want.

3. DEVELOPE PRODUCTS: It is nothing but when customer is satisfied with the product and he is happy then try to develope your business by imporiving contacts with them and like tell your customers to refer to some of their friends or collegues
