Expert Solution

Answer ---- (B) cisterna chyli

Lymphatic System is the system present in the vertebrates say in human which is the part of the circulatory system and a immune system , it is made up of the network of the tissues and organs that helps in body to remove the waste material toxins etcs from the body and this work is done by the circulating lymph in the body which is produced by lymphatic system.

Three primary functions of the lymphatic system are :

It performs the production and Maintainence and the distribution of the lymphocytes in the body.
Lymph helps in the bringing the solutes and fluid from the peripheral tissues to the blood.
And the third is distribution of the hormones , waste material , immune cells etc from their site to the circulation so that they can play a important role in body and waste material can be removed from the body.

Now different structure drains the lymph from the various parts of the body.

In which thoracic duct is the main duct of the lymphatic system , this duct use to collect all the lymph from the left side of head chest and left side of upper part of the body.

Where as the right side of the body lymph is collected by the right lymphatic duct

And cisterna chyli is the terminus part of the thoracic duct that recieves the lymph from the digestive visceras. So this is the right answer.

While the terminal cisternae in not part related to the lymph collection this is the extended part of the sarcoplasmic reticulum and takes part in the muscle contraction so the right is B cisterna chyli.

Answer 2 ---- D variable

Antibodies are the immune protective cells which developed in our cells to protect our body from the harmful microbes that are called as the antigen.

Antigen are the microbes which are harmful for our body and they are supposed to cause infection and against them antibodies are generated.

The antigen antibody complex is the complex formed in which antibody binds to antigen and kills them.

Antibody specificity is provided by variable chains of the complex.

Each complex have the variable and constant part of heavy and light chain in which variable chain provides the specificity to the antibodies which binds to the specific antigen.

And class of the antibody is determined by the constant regions of the antibody of which class they are.

Antibodies examples are IgA , IgM etc.

The cells which produces the antibody use to products specific anti body that binds to specific antigen.

So the answer is 2 (D) and 3 is (A)

Description of both given in this as are part of same.thing.
