Answer----

Microbes are the micro organism which affect the body by creating a disease in a body.

There are various microbes like bacteria , virus , fungi which do affect the by entering in them

They site from where the microbes enter the body are known as the portal of entry.

There are 4 portal of entry in the body through microbes enter in the body these are :

  • Respiratory tract via nose mouth etc.
  • Digestive tract via mouth oesophagus into the alimentary canal.
  • By the urogenital orifices which are present in the body.
  • By the skin through the skin break.

These are the sites from where microbes enters the body and now when they enter they use to follow steps that are :

  1. They reach the target site in the body via body flora.
  2. They use to attach to the site they want to so that they can perform that action.
  3. They use to multiply there very rapidly so that they can grown their army over there.
  4. They use to take nutrients from the cells from which are attached to.
  5. They use to prevent themselve from the body immune system.

By these steps they use to work and finally they use to cause a specific infection or the disease in the body for which they came and group of symptoms use to come in body.

And they use to grow and cause infection and symptoms in the body until the vaccine against them is not ingested in the body.

So this process the microbes use to cause the infection in the body.

Good wishes Thank you.
