Location - This gland lie behind the thyroid glands

Hormone - Parathyroid Hormone (PTH)

Effect on the body - Main action on the kidneys and bones.At the time when the calcium range is less,the parathyroid hormone is delivered by parathyroid glands to the blood and lead the bones to release the calcium and enhance amount in blood.
