Expert Solution

As a chief executive has asked, I prepared a report.

Title- identify contemporary business issues, external factors that affect the business, and the impact of HR practices.

Executive summary- our company faces critical contemporary issues like uncertainty, globalization problems, innovation problems, and more complexity.

The main external factors customers requirement, competition market, economy of organization, technology, political and social conditions are continuously affecting our organization.

Our organization is facing the impact of HR in recruiting, pay & benefits, risk management, training of employees.

Organization overview- the organization, is facing the HR strategies' problem as providing safety to employees, self-managed and capable team, recruitment, performance management, managerial relations are inappropriately shaped, and developed based on past data of the organization. These are not relevant to overcome the external factors, business issues.

To identify the strategies and practices, I used the measurement of the latest data, profit, and use the dashboard to analyze the plan's outcome.

In the organization, employees' motivation is going lower day by day; the relationship between staff and managers is not good; the organization is continuously losing productivity, quality of outcomes decreased.

Appendix- To change the business environment, the organization should think big and stay small, accept the idea of change, better predict the future, adapt organization rhythm, watch the market competition, and increase the employee's motivation.
