A. CEO do not need to take all decision with their own, they should also listen to their people,and using his people expertise he should take any decision with concern of his staff members.

B. When the previous decisions are not working good for the comapny the CEO come in action to take a correct decision with the help of his managers and staffs.

C. When their is very information to take decision then CEO participate in a decision making process by using his experience and good decision making quality to wait for the gathering of coplete information to take good decision and to avoid bad decisions.

9) Three examples of errors in decision making:

A. Overconfidence: Overconfidence always kills.Decision making is very responsible job so the concerned person should be open for every aspects without getting overconfident that he/she knows everything.

B. Neglecting the present scenario:The current example of the pandemic shows the error in decision making have to pay high cost,which results many countries are suffering just because of their negligence of the present scenario and misjudgement of the situation.

C. Avoidance of Reassessment : The decision should be reassessed time to time beacause everyday situations are changing and it is not neccessary that in the changing environment the old decision will give good results,that why the reassessment of decision is very important,and avoidance of reassessment will occur error.
