What type of motion is occurring when the slope of a velocity vs. time graph is zero? Also, what type of motion is occurring when it's not zero
1. IF THERE IS SLOPE/diagonal line ON A VELOCITY vs. TIME graph
it means it is accelerating, if it is at a straight horizontal line
it is moving at a constant speed. If the horizontal line is at zero
it means the object is not moving, if it is above the the zero mark
then it is moving to the right, if it is below the zero mark its
moving to the left.
2. There is no parabela (blahh cant spell that) and the line is
horizontal, no curves. and as the x-axis increases so does the
y-axiz but at a constant rate.
3. It means that its either slowing down or speeding up, or, if it
isnt accelerating, then it either suddenly changes its speed say
from 5m/s to 2m/s (but isnt slowing down to 2m/s)
4. for direction p vs. t = line is going UPto the right, walk s
constant speed to the right, or when line is going down, walk to
the left at a slower speed. ....for a basic parabela going up start
out slow and walk to the right fasterand faster
for v vs t if slakfd;lhas blahh i th ink i already said something
on this part im sorry but im too tired to finish the rest of
this!!! blah! hope i helped a little! goodnight!
