In 200 words or more, recommend steps that organizational leadership in the fast food business should take in order to avoid child labor law violations from happening in the future.
Child labor is considered to be an act against humanity and is regarded as an inhuman act against mankind, the Fair labor Standards Act actually prohibits child labor and restricts this activity as it pose a hindrance to the learning and development of children who are considered as the future of the country. I believe that this affair act which protects the right of education of students and let them grow and develop as individuals. In USA this is quite stringent and organizations need to adhere to the same so that they do not violate and legal norms or regulations for the same. The organization leaders have to be effective and they should make it very clear that there is no tolerance in this aspect.
The leader should be forming a dedicated team so that there is no deviation from this point and the team will monitor all the processes of business and ensure that there is no child labor involved. Even the supply chain of the organization needs to be checked and analyzed so that even those organizations adhere to the FLSA formulated by the US federal law. I believe if the team is effective in handling such a situation, then they will actually be successful in getting rid of this issue from the total business process.
